Why does my bike say escrot town on it? the world certainly never will know as my bike fell victim to the #1 crime in Japan: bike theft. It’s OK thought, I needed a new bike anyways!!!

My trip to Kyoto, Japan. It is said Kyoto is the most beautiful to visit in the fall because the momiji leaves are changing colors.
I helped out with a Halloween tent at a local festival. I did “hand paintings” of spooky characters for little kids. They had plenty of local cuisine, too, at the festival. Very tasty.

Walking this beauitful temple path at night in Kyoto. It goes up and down a mountain and is about a 3-hour hike.
